About Me
My name is Bella and I am an experienced therapist, having worked within the NHS for over 9 years now. I qualified from the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2023 as a clinical psychologist and I have been registered with the HCPC ever since. Throughout my career, I have worked in many different healthcare settings, including both in physical and psychiatric hospitals, as well as services within the community. I have worked with individuals, couples and families of all ages facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, as well as neurodiversity.
Life can be overwhelming, and we all face challenges that can sometimes feel too heavy to carry alone. My extensive training in multiple evidence-based therapies allows me to provide support that is truly personalised and most suited to your unique wants, needs and personal preferences. The therapy I provide is rooted in warmth, empathy and a deep commitment to creating a space where you feel valued and supported. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, or are wanting support with gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and overcoming life’s obstacles, I will walk alongside you towards healing, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being. I offer a safe, non-judgmental and compassionate space where you can truly be heard. I strongly believe that no one should ever feel alone in their struggles, and I am here to support you, no matter what you are going through.

Individual Therapy
I offer individual therapy sessions, providing a safe and comfortable space needed for us to work together. We will explore what you want and need from therapy, working towards your unique goals. My approach is flexible, informal and tailored, drawing on a range of models. These models may include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed practices, or more practical coping strategies to support you with processing experiences and emotions, as well as your personal growth.
Couples Therapy
I provide couples therapy, with you and your partner, whereby we will think together about the current difficulties you are experiencing within your relationship. My approach is truly non-judgemental and I will explore with you both what kind of relationship you are hoping to build and work through any obstacles that may understandably be getting in the way of this.
My Expertise
I am privileged to support many individuals who have experienced trauma and they are bravely working with me to face, process, challenge and move forward from the significant impact trauma has had on them and their lives. I therefore specialise in trauma therapy and am passionate about working alongside you if you are wanting support with this. I have also undergone extensive training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and can offer this specialised therapy to you, with a specific focus on regulating emotions and behaviour change. My current NHS role involves providing therapy to mums and mums-to-be experiencing psychological difficulties. I therefore have expertise in this area and can support you and your family to make sense of and overcome any challenges you may be facing.
